I've always loved comics and despite later on becoming a stylistic burden they were the trigger that made me to pick up a pencil. After couple of months of painting I got the urge to embrace that love once more. But as you can read from the captions, I realized very quickly that creating a proper story an all would require my whole attention. And I wasn't willing to put all my other projects on hold just to try this one out.

Phase 3: Combining phases 1 and 2. The idea started with awakening of a mythical giant. While drawing I didn't have any story in mind and I'm still annoyed with the stand in picture I drew within the circle.

Phase 4: Adding a storyline. I had an idea of a samurai that for some honor bound reason had sworn of weapons and carries a rose as a replacement. The Saga of the Flower Samurai!

Phase 5: Degeneration. I loved the idea but when reaching this second page the artist in me was already looking for something new and I realized that creating an actual comicbook would require all my free time for months. So I allowed my my hero's saga to end on a high note.
